By booking with Luft Travel LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The person making the booking accepts responsibility for all travelers listed on the reservation.
All deposits and issued tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated. Partial deposits hold a reservation but do not guarantee the fare.
Airline fares, taxes, and schedules are subject to change until full payment and ticket issuance. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternate payment immediately.
Most airfares are non-refundable and non-changeable. No-shows or cancellations after departure will result in 100% loss of the fare.
Refunds (if permitted by the airline) are processed according to airline policy and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) rules. Administrative service fees may apply.
If the airline cancels or changes your flight, its own refund and rebooking policies apply. Luft Travel acts only as an agent and is not responsible for airline decisions.
Tickets purchased using reward points or miles are promotional and non-refundable after issuance. Points will not be redeposited once a ticket is issued.
Government taxes and carrier fees paid in cash are refundable only if the airline allows. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–20 business days per U.S. DOT rules.
No-shows or non-refundable fares will result in complete forfeiture of all points. Airline-specific rules apply.
You must ensure all names, dates, and details match the traveler’s passport or government ID.
Luft Travel is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect information, expired passports, or missing visas. Travelers are solely responsible for meeting passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for all destinations.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
Luft Travel is not responsible for losses caused by weather, strikes, illness, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
Health and entry requirements may vary by country and change without notice. Please check with your airline or government authorities before travel.
If flights are disrupted due to COVID-19 restrictions, airline policies will apply — most carriers issue credits or date changes instead of refunds.
Luft Travel LLC acts solely as a booking agent between you and independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rentals, etc.).
We do not control or operate these services and are not liable for their actions, schedule changes, or service issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.
We maintain the right to terminate service for abusive or inappropriate behavior.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and any disputes shall be handled in Texas jurisdiction.
